With over 10 years of expertise in aluminum surface treatment, we specialize in delivering customized solutions for every customer need. Our state-of-the-art equipment can handle aluminum and its alloys with thicknesses ranging from 2 to 50 microns. Our 38 process tanks are designed with dimensions of 2300mm x 1200mm x 400mm to ensure precision and flexibility in every project.
Neutral and coloured anodising of aluminium alloy components. Palette of 24 standard colours, other colours can be realised according to customer specifications. Matt, semi-gloss and gloss finish. On request, components can be sandblasted before anodising.

WATER AND AIR DEPURATION IN FINISHING PROCESS
Our system purifies water used in the galvanizing process line with an advanced chemical-physical treatment. Anode slime waste from water purification is stored in appropriate big bags and disposed of according to current European regulations.
Our Italian-made depuration facility captures and neutralizes acidic gaseous emissions from anodizing and polishing tanks, breaking down pollutants before releasing them into the atmosphere.
