ENGINEERING AND INDUSTRIALIZATION
Our industrialization office designs equipment and processes to ensure effective and efficient production. All prototypes and equipment are in-house made to guarantee reduced lead times and confidentiality of sensitive information. The most advanced CAD/CAM software is used to create customized solutions.
QUALITY CONTROL AND TESTING
Our quality control inspects every single product or component to ensure it meets the required functional, aesthetic, and dimensional requirements. Our internal lab tests each batch of product before it is released to the market. Tests are performed in compliance with strict internal standards and international regulations.
DEFORMATION MACHINING
Bar Bending
Aluminum alloy bars bending up to a diameter of 16 mm. Carbon steel and stainless steel bars bending up to a diameter of 12 mm.
Hot Forging
Automated forging line for aluminum alloy. Maximum dimensions of 250 x 120 mm with a thickness of 2 to 20 mm. Tolerance up to 0,05 mm.
Sheet Die-Bending
Die-bending of aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and stainless steel sheets with a thickness of 0,5 to 8 mm and maximum dimensions of 200 x 200 mm.
Sheet Coining
Coining of aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and stainless steel sheets with a thickness of 0,5 to 8 mm and maximum dimensions of 200 x 200 mm.
MECHANICAL PROZESSING
Automatic Turning
CNC turning from aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and stainless steel bars with a diameter of 5 to 51 mm with automatic loading.
CNC Machining
CNC milling of components with maximum dimensions of 1000 x 400 mm and a maximum thickness of 300 mm.
Shearing-Blanking
Blanking of aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and stainless steel sheets. Shearing of forged aluminum alloy components. Maximum thickness up to 10 mm.
Drilling
Machining of components and semi-finished products in aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
Laser Cutting
Laser cutting of aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and stainless steel sheets. Maximum dimensions up to 3000 x 1500 mm and a maximum thickness up to 12 mm.
HEAT TREATMENTS
Tempering
CNC turning from aluminum alloy, carbon steel and stainless steel bars with diameters from 5 to 51 mm with automatic loading.
Annealing
CNC milling of components with maximum dimensions of 1000 x 400 mm and maximum thickness of 300 mm.
Aging
Shot blanking of aluminum alloy, carbon steel and stainless steel sheets. Shearing of forged components from aluminum alloy. Maximum thickness 10 mm.
FINISHING
Sandblasting
Shot blasting with carbon steel, stainless steel, and glass grit.
Tumbling
Deburring, degreasing, mass finishing and polishing of metal components.
Ultrasonic Washer
Parts washing to remove machining residues and other contaminants.
PRODUCT COMPLETION
Riveting & Assembling
Assembly and control of complex devices. Customized procedures are in place to ensure reliable results performed by manual and semi-automatic operations.
Laser Marking
Laser marking of natural and anodised components.
Packaging and Logistics
Care and management of packaging according to customer requests in both B2C and B2B sectors.
